Amarone is vinified from the fading of best and ripen grapes. It has been aged for at least 2 years in huge vats and can be aged in bottles up to 20 years. Amarone is one of the most long-lived Italian wine. “Meditation Wine”, noble and harmonious, with a full body.

Dopo appassimento naturale dei grappoli, nel mese di Gennaio, per 20-30 giorni a temperatura controllata.

Temperatura di Servizio

18-20 °C. Servire a temperatura ambiente, stappando la bottiglia qualche ora prima di servire.

Tasting Profile:
The colour is a full garnet red, the characteristic aroma of spices is accentuated. The flavor on the palate is full, warm and mellow.

Winemaking, Refining, Ageing:
24/36 months in tonneau, 12 months in bottle.

Food Pairing:
Strongly suggested to pair with red meat, game, aged cheeses. Perfect also at the end of the meal.
